Hours per week: 12pm to 6pm (27.5 hours per week)

Full year with 26 days holiday

Gross Annual Salary: £22,308 - £25,161 (depending on experience)

Gross Actual salary (27.5 hours per week):  £17,041 - £19,220

Start date: As soon as possible

 

The children, staff and governors at Hallfield Primary School are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed caretaker to join our team.

 

Hallfield Primary School has 375 children from 2-11. It is an exciting and vibrant place to work where the staff team are focused on quality and achievement in all areas of school life. The school is located in Bayswater and has excellent public transport links. 

 

The caretaker will take responsibility for the security, cleaning and caretaking service at our school as well as some minor maintenance / repair work.

 

The position is 27.5 hours per week and the successful applicant will work core hours of 12pm to 6pm, with a 30 min break. Occasionally additional paid attendance will be required.

 

The role is extremely varied and applications are welcomed from skilled, reliable, hard working and proactive individuals who are well organised. You will be good humoured and able to work well with staff, pupils and parents in performance of your duties.
