The government is providing additional funding to improve provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools. Our school received:

• £18,960 during 2020-21
• £18,730 during 2021-22
• £18,879 during 2022-23

We are using our Sport Premium to improve the quality of PE and Sport provision in the following ways:

• Procuring quality assured professional training for staff to raise their confidence and competence in teaching PE and sport through the Westminster Sport School Sports partnership.

• Providing cover staff to release teachers for professional development in PE and sport.                                        

• Supporting regular sport tournaments, festivals and competitions for pupils of all ages.

• Entering children into different leagues and competitions organised by the Westminster PE Team.

• Improving the quality and opportunity for physical activity across the school day and beyond.
