Extend your child's school day with Fit For Sport and ensure that they keep active throughout term-time!
Fit For Sport, the UK’s leaders in engaging and educating kids through fun physical activity, are running the Extended School Clubs at our school.
At Hallfield, we believe getting active is the perfect way to kick off the start of a new term. Fit For Sport plan lots of new and exciting activities to keep our pupils active and engaged whilst learning the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle!
The school term will be filled with Super Sports, Crafty-Kidz, Fit Fun and Team-Tastic activity sessions, alongside Fit for Sport's special Activity Challenge that takes place across all of their services.
We will also be making full use of Fit For Sport’s revolutionary Healthy Active Schools System which enables us to record, monitor and improve pupils’ activity levels.
The provision is OFSTED registered and is designed to provide you with the peace of mind that your child has access to variety of opportunities and support beyond the school day.

Selected children are given a Passport to Learning. For every hour of extra-curricular learning they take part in they receive a stamp in their passport. Children will carry their passports with them until they are 14 years old and over the course of the years will work towards the nationally recognised awards for 30, 65 or 100 hours of learning. Having achieved this, children will be invited to celebrate their achievements at graduation ceremonies.
As well as recognising and valuing our children’s learning outside school hours, becoming a member of the Children’s University encourages confidence, a sense of achievement and aspirations. For more information about the Children’s University, please visit their website at www.childrensuniversity.co.uk
We have a Children's University section in our blog, which includes news and events at Hallfield.
