EYFS Teacher and KS1/2 Teachers for our Specialist Resourced Provision (SRP)

The Executive Team and Governing Body of the Connected Futures Partnership Federation are seeking to appoint outstanding Teachers to join our EYFS (Reception) and KS1/KS2 Specialist Resourced Provision (SRP).

 

Hallfield Primary School is located in central London and is part of the Connected Futures Partnership Federation, which comprises three primary schools, three nursery schools, one children’s centre and one family hub.

Our EYFS SRP opened in September 2023 as an extension of our strong SEND provision, and we continue to expand year by year. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a developing area of inclusive practice and to have a meaningful influence on the work of staff across the school.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role, supported by the Headteacher, Inclusion Manager and SRP Lead, in managing and maximising the success of our specialist provision for pupils with autism and complex needs.

 

We are seeking talented, passionate and experienced practitioners with:

  • A strong understanding of high‑quality teaching and learning

  • Experience of raising and sustaining achievement within specialist autism provision

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • The ability to work effectively with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers on a daily basis

  • High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and a firm belief in the potential of every child

 

You will be joining a friendly, committed and hardworking team who continually strive to raise standards for both the children in our care and themselves within a successful and inclusive primary school.
